Spirals and Arch rolling
We have the capacity to roll arches to any measurement for gate tops and railings, and we can duplicate any arches we make with precision.
We also roll spirals for spiral handrails and spiral staircases; traditionally one of the hardest jobs in the trade. We roll our spirals in mild and stainless steel We also roll wooden spirals in Oak, Beech, Ash, Maple. The material dimensions we roll are:
- Mild or stainless steel tube - 42.4mm and 50mm diameter
- Mild or stainless steel flat - a range of sizes
- Wood - 42.4mm round
Plasma Profiling
With our in house plasma profiling service, we offer our customers the ability to create a whole range of custom products for a multitude of uses, out of metal plate. This includes, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and more.
- Ideal if you want to decorate a gate, railing or artisitic piece with some custom designs and images.
- Produce large quantities of fixing plates, gate latches or any other functional pieces for resale.
Steel polishing
We can polish steel up to any grade from its raw state right up to a mirror finish for stainless steel.
